Glow White Studio is a locally owned and operated dental teeth whitening studio proudly serving San Marcos and the surrounding areas. With over 30 years of combined hands on training as Registered Dental Assistants, our team is dedicated to providing safe and effective teeth whitening services. We adhere to all dental practices and procedures including but not limited to infection control as well as PPE practices to ensure the highest standards of care Our studio offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere where you can unwind while receiving your teeth whitening treatments. Enjoy a soothing chair massage, catch up on your favorite shows, or listen to calming music during your visit. Experience professional teeth whitening at a fraction of a dental office, performed by Texas State Dental board RDA licensed professionals. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Glow White Studio, we understand that sometimes schedules change and life happens. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain the highest level of service, we have established this cancellation policy as follows. We require at least 24 hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 25%. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from any prepaid services. No-shows or clients who do not show up to their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you without a fee. Refunds for cancellation made within 24 hr window will be processed within 24 hrs. No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows. We will send a confirmation email or text message 48 hrs before your appointment. Please confirm or make changes at that time to avoid any misunderstandings.
